Join the EPIC Contest Team!

We would be stoked to have you join the team! 

You can join at any time throught the year, and we'll contact you as the event approaches.

We need tons of skilled and unskilled volunteers.  Simply fill out the form below. Or, you can just come on down; we'll put ya to work!

Below are the teams we'll need you for at the Kickoff and Contest:

Kickoff Teams:

Set Up Team: Help set up the hall.

Guest Services Team: Help welcome guests with a smile and a "what up?!!" 

Parking and Security Team: Help get cars parked, and make sure no monkey biz goes down outside throughout the night.

Registration Team: Become an intern at this skill position, and learn how to set up a surf contest!

Contest Teams:

Set Up Team: Arrive at the contest site at 7AM.  Help unpack the trailer and set up the scene!

Judging Team: Arrive at 7AM; attend Judges' meeting at 8:45AM.  Judges receive free entry into one contest division in return for judging a minimum of 8 heats. If you are going to judge and receive a free entry, please register as normal, and circle "Judging" on the "method of payment" section of the entry form.  Must have Judging experience, or have attended an EPIC Judging Class.

"Big Tent" Team: Arrive at 7AM or throughout the day.  Experienced workers and interns welcome.  Help (or learn) how to run the show. Interns will learn how it all works.  Check-in, registration, tabulating, raffle, info table, running, flags, timekeeping, etc.

Contestant Services Team:  Arrive at 7AM or throughout the day.
