Early Registration*: $25 per division

Beach Registration: $35 per division

*early registrations must be received by 8PM at the kick-off party DIVISIONS:

NOTES:

 ** To keep things running smooth, we are limiting entry to no more than two divisions.

** we will crown an OVERALL CHAMPION, based on the divisional winners' heat scores...highest heat score in a final wins!!

 

FOUR OPTIONS TO ENTER :

1. Download the Entry Form below and mail your registration by September 25th.

2. Come to the Kick-Off and complete a registration with your cash or check.

3. Complete an application with your check at Jax Board Shop, Sunrise Surf Shop, or Aqua East. These will be picked up by 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 1.

4. Sign up on the beach starting at 8:30am. IMPORTANT: Beach entry spots are limited, so sign up BY 8PM AT THE KICKOFF PARTY to make sure you get to compete!
