Surf-Missions Trips
General Info:
We have been running surf trips, missions trips and retreats to Costa Rica since '99. The purpose of each trip is unique. We have five different types of trip that we produce:
- Surf Missions Trips
- Retreats
- Surf Trips
- Couples Trips
- Youth Trips
SURF MISSIONS TRIPS are exactly like they sound: mission trips for surfers. We surf in the mornings, then serve through the local church in the afternoons. We have ministries in Hermosa (Central region) and Nosara (Guanacaste region) that we partner with to be effective in service.
RETREATS are for singles, couples or families who want to enjoy an awesome combination of fellowship, service, worship, surfing, touring, and daily Bible Study.
SURF TRIPS are hardcore, bare-bones adventures with other surfers who love the Lord. Most of the ministry here takes place within daily Bible studies.
FAMILY TRIPS are for couples and families with small kids. Some surfing, some touring, some ministry, and daily Bible studies.
YOUTH TRIPS are surf trips for teens who want to surf and be challenged in their faith. We surf quite a bit, but have daily Bible study, worship with the local church, and at least one service project.
Trip Leaders:
Our trips are lead by qualified leaders that are hand selected by Pastor Mickey and our Costa team. If you would like to apply to be a leader, email Pastor Mickey at mross@epicsurfministries.com
